Testing and Training Manager
The Testing and Training Manager will be a key figure in SWAN’s mission, leading the testing of shellfish for pathogens and diseases while delivering accredited marine training programmes, such as powerboat handling, VHF radio operation, and sea survival courses. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for teaching and is critical to ensuring the health of local shellfish populations and equipping marine professionals with the qualifications they need.
