  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.

Website Updates:

  • Maintain and update two websites with fresh content, including news, events, and job postings.

  • Manage website stock, ensuring relevant imagery and resources are optimised and up-to-date.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the team to produce written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms.

  • Design simple graphics and layouts using tools like Canva or similar software (experience helpful but not required).

  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn) and website content management systems (e.g. Squarespace, WordPress or similar).

  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset and basic design skills (preferred).

  • No prior experience in media management? No problem! A willingness to learn and contribute is just as important.

What’s in It for You?

  • Gain valuable experience in social media and website management.

  • Build your portfolio with a meaningful project supporting sustainability and aquaculture.

  • Network with professionals in the environmental and marine sectors.

  • Flexible working hours and the chance to contribute to an impactful mission.

If you’re ready to dive in and help shape the digital voice of aquaculture in the South West, we’d love to hear from you!
